Refund policy

📦 Returns

• Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted

 

🚚 Return Shipping

A flat-rate return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.

(Return shipping is charged once per return request.)

 

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed for store credit (minus the return shipping fee). Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Items marked as Final Sale (including items in designated final sale collections) are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

 

📩 How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at hillandcokids@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
